The PTOG2 is a 2RU panel and is constructed with .080" aluminum, black powder coated with UV printed decals and lettering.

The PTOG2 is a 2 channel audio console switch.

This panel does not require AC power, it is signal path only.

Four main input channels with two inputs per channel FXLR.

Independent mute and channel selection toggles.

Output channels on the rear panel. A 6ft, four channel fanout inline MXLR, LEFT, RIGHT, SUB and FILL is indicated by the letters L, S, S, and F. This MXLR is connected directly to the PA or audio system provided.

• The PTOG2 can be placed at the FOH or Monitor World depending on how the PA system and consoles are wired.
• Insert the PTOG2 into the audio system wiring before powering on the PA.
• LEFT, RIGHT, SUB, and FILL Channels.
• Console #1 will be inputs, LEFT-1, RIGHT-1, SUB-1 and FILL-1.
• Console #2 will be inputs, LEFT-2, RIGHT-2, SUB-2 and FILL-2.
• Independent Mute toggles per channel, arrows indicate (ACTIVE) in the up position. (INACTIVE) in the down position.
• Channel select toggles, LEFT-1, RIGHT-1, SUB-1 and FILL-1, arrow to the left, console #1 ACTIVE.
• Channel select toggles, LEFT-2, RIGHT-2, SUB-2 and FILL-2, arrow to the right, console #2 ACTIVE.

Console Switching:

Let's say we have finished with console #1 and we want to switch audio consoles. When switching console to console it is best to fade out program music on console #1. Then mute all channel outputs. All mute toggles in the up position (ACTIVE) of the LEFT, RIGHT, SUB and FILL. Switch the selection toggles to channel 2 of the LEFT-2, RIGHT-2, SUB-2 and FILL-2. Once toggles are switched, turn the mute toggles off, mute toggle in the down position ( INACTIVE) and fade in console #2 music.

Both thePTOG 2 and PTOG4 have a 6' snake with a 6" fanout.

The standard snake length on the rear of the panel is 6ft. However if you need a customized length, it will be a special order.

The fanout has four male XLR outputs and are labeled L (LEFT),

R (RIGHT), S (SUB) and F (FILL).

No more reaching into the back of the rack to make connections.

CONSOLE SWITCHING:

Let's say we are finished with console #1 and want to switch to audio console #2. When switching from console to console it is best to fade out program music on console #1. Then mute all channel outputs. All mute toggles in the up position (ACTIVE) of the LEFT, RIGHT, SUB and FILL. Then switch the select rotary switches to channel 2, LEFT-2, RIGHT-2, SUB-2 and FILL-2. Once the rotary select switches are set on 2, turn all mute toggles off in the down position and fade in console #2 program music .

Follow this procedure to select channels 3 and 4.
